One of my favorite online shopping stores are My Wardrobe
It's a UK based high fashion store. They have a broad line of brands, from Philip Lim 3.1 to Diane von Furstenberg. What I love about this store is that the VAT is included, and all you have to pay for are the clothes and the shipping. They ship by DHL, an the courier deliver your package on your door, how convenient is that?
Now they have an exclusive sale, and they give all of their customers 25% off all clothes.
